Scripture tells us that God will allow Satan and his angels to stir up ALL nations against Christianity twice during the Christian Age.
During the first of two world wide persecutions, the attack will begin on the church, and then spread to the Jews. MOST of the Jews, world wide, will be killed. Those who are left will turn in full faith to Jesus of Nazareth, the true Messiah of the Jews, and He will deliver those who are left, and turn them into the mightiest Christian nation this world has ever seen, or ever will see.
The results will be breathtaking. Not heaven. Not Jesus ruling from here on earth, but a nation turning fully and completely to the Lord of Glory. The Jews will bring great blessings on both themselves and on the entire world.

For an overview of how the Jews turned away from their God, and His Son, Jesus of Nazareth, and finally turn back to God, read Jewish Chronicles by Neal Fain.
There is in fact a great deal of information about angels in Scripture. One of the most interesting things is that Satan is in fact a very powerful creature, but still just a creature.
Satan’s great power is discussed more than once in Scripture, but even so, Satan can only do what he is allowed to do.
The majority of angels are in fact good and obedient to God. However some evil angels, often called demons, have from time to time passed themselves off as “gods” to men.

One day, those in Jesus Christ will be like the angels, and in fact, Christians, the saints, will judge angels.

Isaiah 49 talks about what the true Messiah, the true Christ, of the Jews will do in Isaiah 49:6, which says,
“yes, he says, It is too light a thing that you should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give you for a light to the Gentiles, that you may be my salvation to the end of the earth.”
Then of all things, Paul says that Isaiah 49:6 is a command to us!

The Jews are a very divided nation religiously. The Jews probably have more atheists among them than any other nation on earth. Many of the so-called conservative Jews are the into the occult, and many of their teachings are so strange that many Jews will not go close to a synagogue.
But Isaiah 49 clearly pictures Jesus as bringing the Jews around to full and dedicated obedience to God. That is clearly something which has NOT HAPPENED YET!
It is interesting to see Paul’s take on these issues.

Some argue that the Jews as a group will NEVER turn to their own Messiah, Jesus the Christ. But the prophet Jeremiah says that at a certain time,
“At that time, says Yahweh, will I be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be my people.” Jer 31:1.
Read the story of how the Jews turned aside from following their God, and where this has led, and where this will lead. Read Neal Fain’s Jewish Chronicles, available from your bookseller.
Despite the rejection of the true Messiah of the Jews, by the Jews, which is clearly pictured in Isaiah 49 and many other passages in the both the Old and the New Testaments, God clearly says that He WILL NOT forsake the Jews. Indeed, in Isaiah 49 it pictures the gentiles, the nations, protecting the Jews and their children, bringing them to their Messiah and then rebuilding their nation, after what is implied to be some tremendous catastrophe.

When the Jews finally turn to Rabbi Jesus of Nazareth, it will bring about glory and honor and riches to Jews, and a complete turn around of the world’s attitudes toward Christianity.

This Servant of the Lord will be a light to the entire world. According to this prophecy it is far too small a thing for this Servant of the Lord to only the Jews. This Servant is to save the entire world!
Then comes a big problem, because this Servant feels that all of His work is in vain. Then it clearly pictures the Messiah, the Christ, as being rejected by the Jews. So what is this?
An audio lesson.
The rejection of the True Messiah of the Jews, by the Jews, it turns out, is a big subject in both the Old and New Testaments.
So what led up to all of this? For more information, from both Testaments and from history, read Jewish Chroniciles by Neal Fain. Available from your bookseller.
God speaks in the early part of this chapter of His Son Israel. Is He speaking of the nation of Israel. Will it be Israel as a nation that will first save themselves, and then save the world? Or is there something else working here?
